Donate a Testicle The payout for this is $35,000 » Plus Feed

Donate your reproductive cells. The payout for eggs is $5,000-$10,000 per donation. The payout for sperm is $30-$200 per donation.

Egg donor agencies allow women whose ovaries do not produce healthy eggs to become pregnant using another woman’s eggs through IVF. In the United States egg donors can receive anywhere from $5000-$10,000 per donation from egg donor agencies. Men can donate their sperm to sperm donor banks with a much easier process and also a bit less lucrative than an egg donation. Men are paid anywhere from $30-$200 per human cell donation. However that can add up to more in the pocket because men can donate hundreds of sperm samples

On a episode of “Extreme Cheapskates “a Las Vegas man figured out a way to make some money by signing up for medical trials. He saved himself more than $750. That inspired him to take it one step further. Most recently he also agreed to donate one of his testicles. But they didn’t just leave him hanging. They replaced it with an artificial one and paid him $35,000. It was reported that he used the money to purchase a Nissan 370 Z.

Rachel Dolezal speaks on TODAY Show to Matt Lauer after NAACP resignation - TODAY.com

Rachel Dolezal, the former NAACP chapter president accused of pretending to be black, tells TODAY's Matt Lauer in an exclusive live interview that she identifies as black — something she started doing at the age of five.

"I was drawing self-portraits with the brown crayon instead of the peach crayon, and black curly hair," she told Lauer. But she insisted she never deceived anyone as numerous critics have suggested.

"I do take exception to that because it's a little more complex than me identifying as black or answering a question of, are you black or white?" she said.

Mullen noted at a 7 a.m. media briefing that authorities do not know where suspect is.

“This person is dangerous,” said Charleston Mayor Joseph Riley (D). “We need every tip we can get to bring this person into custody as soon as possible, and of course will make sure that he pays the price for this horrible act.”

At a nearby Embassy Suites, which was serving as an informal headquarters for church members, people began sobbing and screaming as they learned details about what had happened. “It was a heartbreaking scene I have never witnessed in my life before,” said Reily, the city’s longtime mayor.

Six females and three males were killed, police said.

Legalizing Weed: 3 Quotes From Lawmakers After Pot Became Decriminalized in Mississippi

Mississippi is one of the 19 states that have decriminalized personal possession of weed. The first offense for possession of 30 grams, which is a little more than an ounce, results in a $250 fine instead of jail time.

Anything more, however, is considered a felony offense. But efforts are under way to change and legalize weed in Mississippi.

In 2014, the state joined others and passed laws allowing for the medicinal use of marijuana, specifically possession of oil derivatives in certain medical cases. Voters are also working to take measures into their own hands in 2015.

Urgent: Should Marijuana Be Legalized in All States?

The Mississippi Alliance for Cannabis is currently working on collecting signatures to get a measure on the ballot that would allow voters to make the choice on whether to legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana for adults.

12 Reasons America Doesn’t Win Its Wars | The American Conservative

12 Reasons America Doesn’t Win Its Wars | The American Conservative

America doesn’t “win” its wars, because winning a war is secondary to other goals in our war making. Winning or losing has little immediate consequence for the United States, because the wars we startWars of Choice, are not of vital national interest; losing doesn’t mean getting invaded or our cities being destroyed. The following are some of the interests Washington has in not winning, reasons for our unending wars.

For the second time this year, police in Fort Smith, Arkansas have launched Operation Seeing Red.
The 3-week long operation is geared towards monitoring intersections to catch drivers who are speeding through red lights and disobeying traffic laws.
Police say although they plan on watching certain intersections where accidents are more common, drivers should expect to be cited on any street in the city at any time.
Fort Smith Sgt. Daniel Grubbs said that hundreds of tickets were written out to drivers during the first operation in February, resulting in 10s of thousands of dollars in extra revenue for the city.
Grubbs says no warnings will be issued by officers during the enforcement period.

OPM Hackers Stole Data on Every Federal Employee - NationalJournal.com

The hackers who infiltrated the Office of Personnel Management last year swiped the personal information of every federal employee working in government, a number potentially far greater than the 4 million previously reported, according to a labor union of government workers.
In a letter sent to OPM director Katherine Archuleta and obtained by National Journal, American Federation of Government Employees President J. David Cox wrote that the hackers stole Social Security numbers, birthdays, addresses, military records, job and pay histories, and various insurance information, in addition to age, gender, and race data.
"Based on the sketchy data OPM has provided, we believe that the Central Personnel Data File was the targeted database, and that the hackers are now in possession of all personnel data for every federal employee, every federal retiree, and up to one million former federal employees," Cox wrote in a letter dated Thursday.

Evidently Officer Casebolt has previously been reported for touching a man’s private area and making racially disparaging comments.

The incident happened in 2008 when Albert Earl Brown, a black man, was pulled over by Officer Casebolt. Being a loyal enforcer of the War on Drugs and the Prison Industrial Complex, Officer Casebolt wanted to “search” Brown for drugs.

To the point of pulling the man’s pants down — all the way — and reaching into his genital area.

Officer Casebolt also accused Brown of being a “dope dealer,” according to the report.

The Daily Beast reports as follows:

Albert Earl Brown, Jr. alleged that Casebolt “reached in my private area” and “also pulled my pants down below my ankles” to search him for drugs. Casebolt and the other officers allegedly shined a flashlight in Brown’s anus after slamming his face repeatedly into the hood of the car. Brown alleged that Casebolt made disparaging remarks about “white girls” hanging out with a “dope dealer.”

Zimbabwe offers new exchange rate: $1 for 35,000,000,000,000,000 old dollars | World news | The Guardian

Zimbabweans will start exchanging “quadrillions” of local dollars for a few US dollars next week as President Robert Mugabe’s government discards its virtually worthless national currency.
The southern African country started using foreign currencies including the US dollar and South African rand in 2009 after the Zimbabwean dollar was ruined by hyperinflation, which hit 500 billion per cent in 2008.
At the height of the country’s economic crisis, Zimbabweans had to carry plastic bags bulging with banknotes to buy basic goods. Prices were rising at least twice a day.
From Monday, customers who held Zimbabwean dollar accounts before March 2009 can approach their banks to convert their balance into US dollars, the governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, John Mangudya, said in a statement.

NY Mets Dress Like Prison Inmates To Promote Gun Control...

I’ve never been a fan of the New York Mets but NOW I really don’t like them! That being said though this story really bothers me because growing up I loved baseball and watched many of my favorite players and teams play their hearts out for the fans and didn’t involve themselves in joining people to who are after our constitutional rights. Maybe things like this is the reasons why the sport of baseball is turning into a national joke instead of our national past time.

my question is why? are they dumb enough to assume that any law abiding gun owner should be in jail? Guns dont kill people they people holding that gun and shooting it kill people. Its true put a gun on the table full up on ammo, and let it sit there till it does. It'll get rusty first unless someone picks it up to use it.

American Sleep Association

Board Certified doctors and dentists will fit you with an FDA cleared oral appliance for sleep apnea and snoring in the comfort of your own home.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea occurs when the muscles and tissues in the back of your throat relax and collapse your airway while you sleep. As air attempts to pass through this collapsed airway, tissues vibrate and cause you to snore. Sometimes this collapse prohibits airflow so severely that you briefly stop breathing; your body automatically responds and wakes you up, allowing airflow to resume. This pattern of air deprivation and breath resumption is known as sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can cause multiple complications, including: chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, depression, heart attack and more.
There are only 2 products that are FDA cleared to eliminate or reduce
sleep apnea: an oral appliance or a CPAP. Both the oral appliance and CPAP eliminate or
reduce sleep apnea by opening the blocked airway in the back of your throat.

Dr. Garth Webb, an optometrist in British Columbia who invented the Ocumetics Bionic Lens, says patients would have perfect vision and that driving glasses, progressive lenses and contact lenses would become a dim memory as the eye-care industry is transformed.

US medical examiners can keep organs from dead bodies, NY court rules — RT USA

Grave concern: US medical examiners can keep organs from dead bodies, NY court rules — RT USA

Medical examiners don't have to return all organs from autopsied bodies to the deceased person's family, New York's Appeals Court ruled on Wednesday. The decision also added that it is not necessary to inform relatives if any body parts are missing.

A verdict allowing city coroners to return the body with missing organs for burial after performing an autopsy was ruled on in New York, AP reported. The appeals court had reversed a lower court's decision, which involved a family who unknowingly buried their son with parts of his body missing.

"There is simply no legal directive that requires a medical examiner to return organs or tissue samples derived from a lawful autopsy and retained by the medical examiner after such an autopsy," NY Daily News quoted Judge Eugene Pigott as saying.

Medical examiners have discretion to tell families whether they've removed and kept any body parts, but will not face any liability if they opt not to warn relatives, the court of appeals said.

SENATOBIA, Miss. — “My 18-year-old daughter, Lanarcia Walker, graduated from Senatobia High,” Linda Walker said.
The pomp and circumstance did not last long for some Mississippi families.
“He said ‘you did it baby’, waived his towel and went out the door,” Walker explained.
“When she went across the stage I just called her name out. ‘Lakaydra’. Just like that,” Ursula Miller said she shouted about her niece.
Miller and Henry Walker were two of the four people asked to leave Senatobia High School’s graduation ceremony for cheering.

In their continued efforts to avoid assimilating with American culture, Muslims are winning battles all across the United States and forcing small businesses, restaurants, colleges and retailers to comply with their oppressive Shariah law.
But, according to a recent report, Shariah law has snuck into yet another popular facet of life in America — community and school sports.

But the principal called 911 to report a man with a gun, and the school was briefly locked down.

Cross was released on personal recognizance after pleading not guilty Thursday to disturbing a school and loitering.

Colorado SWAT Team, Looking For Shoplifting Suspect, Blows House To Pieces, Refuses To Pay

“It looks like Osama Bin Laden’s compound. This is a complete atrocity. This is a paramilitary force used in a civilian environment … for one gunman? To use this kind of power? They methodically fired explosives into every room in this house in order to extract one person. Granted, he had a handgun, but against 100 officers? You know, the proper thing to do would be to evacuate these homes around here, ensure the safety of the homeowners around here, fire some tear gas through the windows. If that didn’t work, you have 50 SWAT officers with body armor break down the door.”

It's About Time: New Bill Requires Police to Report All Shootings & Uses of Force

Boxer cites a Washington Post article from Saturday as one of the catalysts bringing about this legislation, which states more than two people per day, at least 385, have been fatally shot by police so far in 2015 —  twice what the federal government tallies for an entire decade. Even the Post’s number is lowball, as independent sources listed at least 400 killed by police at the beginning of last month.

“The first step in fixing a problem is understanding the extent of the problem you have. Justice and accountability go hand in hand — but without reliable data it’s difficult to hold people accountable or create effective policies that change the status quo,” said Booker of the proposed law. “Our legislation is vital to ensuring we have the data required to make good decisions and implement reform measures that are balanced, objective, and protect the lives of police officers and the public.”

All states would be required to report officers’ use of force incidents to the Attorney General, with the following criteria considered the minimum information to be included:

— The gender, race, ethnicity, and age of each individual who was shot, injured, or killed

— The date, time, and location of the incident

— The number of officers and number of civilians involved in the incident

— Whether the civilian was armed with a weapon

— The type of force used against the officer, the civilian, or both, including the types of weapons used

Included with the legislation is the possibility for grants to train law enforcement on use of force, emphasizing de-escalation and “bias training.”

The Counted: people killed by police in the United States in 2015 – interactive | US news | The Guardian

The Counted is a project by the Guardian – and you – working to count the number of people killed by police and other law enforcement agencies in the United States throughout 2015, to monitor their demographics and to tell the stories of how they died.

The database will combine Guardian reporting with verified crowdsourced information to build a more comprehensive record of such fatalities. The Counted is the most thorough public accounting for deadly use of force in the US, but it will operate as an imperfect work in progress – and will be updated by Guardian reporters and interactive journalists as frequently and as promptly as possible.

Am I the only the only one that sees this as meesed up that this even exists? Police use deadly force way too much.

Doctor: ADHD Does Not Exist | TIME

Doctor: ADHD Does Not Exist | TIME

If someone finds it difficult to pay attention or feels somewhat hyperactive, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder has those symptoms right there in its name. It’s an easy catchall phrase that saves time for doctors to boot. But can we really lump all these people together? What if there are other things causing people to feel distracted? I don’t deny that we, as a population, are more distracted today than we ever were before. And I don’t deny that some of these patients who are distracted and impulsive need help. What I do deny is the generally accepted definition of ADHD, which is long overdue for an update. In short, I’ve come to believe based on decades of treating patients that ADHD — as currently defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and as understood in the public imagination — does not exist.

Russian billboard selling illegal goods hides itself from the cops

Russian billboard selling illegal goods hides itself from the cops

A cop on the look out would have already seen the problem. In fact, later in the video, cops do notice the issue because the billboard only changes when they're within four or five feet of it.
Then there's the issue of a company scanning everyone's faces. What could go wrong?
"Once such data is in the hands of a cloud service provider, there's always the possibility that it can be subpoenaed away by a (very data-hungry) government," Lisa Vaas wrote at Naked Security.
Would advertising firms suddenly became much bigger targets for hackers because they'd have even more information about everyone who dared walk around in cities?
If nothing else, we can soon look forward to a future where we all wear camouflage for our walk to the corner store.

McGruff The Crime Dog Has Had Enough and Joins CopBlock - EXCLUSIVE | Cop Block

The police drag me from classroom to classroom to tell kids how bad drugs are, how they shouldn’t use them and that they should report any drug activity to the police or their teachers. Yet, the cops who bring me to these classrooms smoke cigarettes and often smell like beer. They fool the humans with gum and cheap cologne, but my nose is much better than theirs and I know. When I’ve barked to them about this they say that beer and cigarettes are legal and that’s it’s “okay boy.” I believed this at first, especially when the lies were accompanied by delicious treats and heavenly scratches behind my ear, but when I’d go home with a cop from time to time, I’d see other hypocritical behavior as well. Including, but not limited to, smoking drugs, drinking alcohol while driving and other activities that were a crime for others but acceptable for these cops. They even had people I’d consider ‘bullies and criminals’ over to their houses; you know, the same guys I was barking to the children about! None of this made me happy, but if I barked too much they’d put me outside and often times forget about me.

The Super-Secret Way to Create Suspense in Your Story - Helping Writers Become Authors

The Super-Secret Way to Create Suspense in Your Story - Helping Writers Become Authors

In Stephen King’s The Shining, will Danny and his mother Wendy escape being murdered by father/husband Jack Torrance? Can you figure out which character inMurder on the Oriental Express committed the murder? Was anyone in the first audience at Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho prepared for the final revelation?

Is There a Problem With Suspense?

Yep, there’s a problem with suspense, and it’s implicit in that last sentence: Was anyone in the first audience prepared for what was to come? What about later audiences? Someone is bound to be a spoiler, so word was bound to get around aboutPsycho: “Norman Bates and his mother are the same person!” The climax is still shocking, but once the secret is revealed, some of the impact is lost.
Fortunately, a second path is open to mystery writers. This path doesn’t rely on the Big Secret being concealed. It doesn’t require use of red herrings to throw readers off the scent and send them down blind alleys.
